An abandoned home in the Spanish town of San Sebastian de La Gomera in the Canary Islands had thousands of wasps swarming in it. The house had the wasp nest and millions of wasps.
The nest was found in the halfway and measured 21 feet and nine inches. Millions of wasps were estimated by the local bee experts.
They did a close examination and revealed that the wasps were not the ones they usually see. Instead, the species was an invasive species and migrated from Africa, just 100 kilometers away.
The house has been cordoned off by the police and they are trying to find the owners. Also, they are trying to figure out a method to deal with millions of wasps. The police was notified by the neighbors who were growing concerns over a vacant home for a long time.
When the police entered the home, they found that the home was not vacant at all. Millions of wasps were happily living there and had the monster looking nest.
Experts said that the nest was 21 feet and nine inches in length. They said that normal wasps that are usually seen in the gardens can never build such a big nest.
